These Terms of Use govern your use of the Harmonize Music mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, "Harmonize Music" or the "Service"), operated by Harmonize Music Ltd. By using Harmonize Music, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Harmonize Music. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

To use Harmonize Music, you need to create an account. You agree to:

4. Community Guidelines

Harmonize Music is built around shared listening and connection, and how you show up matters. Our Community Guidelines set out what we expect from you when posting, sharing, or interacting with others, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Harmonize Music you agree to follow them.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Harmonize Music to:

• Post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive

• Harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate others

• Promote or incite racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any form of hate, bigotry, or discrimination

• Engage in political or religious indoctrination, including spreading extremist content or propaganda

• Share sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material

• Upload copyrighted material without permission

• Engage in spam, scams, phishing, or other deceptive practices

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content (e.g., playlists, profile info) you create and share on Harmonize Music. However, by posting content on the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app as part of the Service. You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload or share.

7. Intellectual Property

All app code, features, design elements, branding, and other intellectual property are owned by Harmonize Music or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

Harmonize Music may integrate with third-party streaming platforms; currently YouTube Music, Spotify and Apple Music. Use of these services and features are governed by their respective terms of use and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or data practices.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Harmonize Music at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time via the Harmonize Music app.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Harmonize Music is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Harmonize Music.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Community Guidelines from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Harmonize Music after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, home of Harmonize Music Ltd. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
