These Terms of Use govern your use of the Harmonize mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, “Harmonize” or the “Service”), operated by Harmonize Music ltd. By using Harmonize, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Harmonize. If you’re under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
To use Harmonize, you need to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use Harmonize to:
Post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
Harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate others
Promote or incite racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any form of hate, bigotry, or discrimination
Engage in political or religious indoctrination, including spreading extremist content or propaganda
Share sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material
Upload copyrighted material without permission
Engage in spam, scams, phishing, or other deceptive practices
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content (e.g., playlists, profile info) you create and share on Harmonize. However, by posting content on the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app as part of the Service.
You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload or share.
5. Intellectual Property
All app code, features, design elements, branding, and other intellectual property are owned by Harmonize or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
Harmonize may integrate with third-party streaming platforms (like Spotify or Apple Music). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or data practices.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Harmonize at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You may delete your account at any time via the Harmonize app.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Harmonize is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Harmonize.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Harmonize after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, home of Harmonize Music ltd. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
